UHP Healthcare is an established Medicare HMO based in Los Angeles. For years, its marketing campaign was managed by a major national ad firm that simply didn't understand UHP's business and was too big to care. UHP had an excellent product to offer, but needed to ramp up its client acquisition and stem the flow of departing clients. UHP's management team approached IAB initially to help write and design a new "age-in" flyer that would introduce seniors to UHP and educate them about Medicare plans.

Within weeks, we proposed and produced a three-part series of flyers designed to capture the interest of UHP's diverse client base and educate them about UHP's core strengths and values. UHP was so impressed with the content, design and success of the flyer, that IAB was quickly awarded the entire marketing campaign.
